Zollinger-Ellison syndrome	Gastrin (must be collected fasting); a secretin or intravenous calcium stimulation test (see under gastrin) may be required. Diagnostic imaging, as appropriate.
Peptic ulcer	Often intractable, multiple, unusual sites.
Oesophagitis
Diarrhoea
Malabsorption
