58% of Wilms tumours are associated with one of these syndromes. A variety of gene abnormalities can predispose to the development of this tumour: molecular genetics may assist to identify infants at high risk.
    Beckwith-Wiedemann Exomphalos, macroglossia, gigantism.
    Perlman  
    Denys-Drash Wilms tumour with genitourinary abnormalities.
    WAGR Wilms tumour, aniridia, genitourinary malformations, mental retardation.
